Welcome to the Jam Factory, Dublins' premier rehearsals and production centre. We rent rehearsal rooms by the session and lease out rooms to individual bands on a medium to long term basis. At the Jam Factory we have the best rooms in Dublin , with high ceilings lots of natural light and quality PA systems.We are conveniently situated in Dublin City Centre and have rehearsal rooms to suit every band and pcoket! ROOMS:

At the Jam Factory we have 3 differrent rooms for rent on a daily basis as well as 10 rooms we lease out to bands.

THE OVAL ROOM is our best room offering our best equipment and PA system. This has Lots of natural light, high ceilings and is our most isolotaed room. This is 60 euros per session. The price includes bas amp, two guitar amps, PA, Floor Monitors, 3 mics and a drum kit. .

STUDIO TWO is our mid sized room. It has plenty of natural light and high ceilings and costs 50 euros per session, the price includes bas amp, two guitar amps, PA, 3 mics and a drum kit.

STUDIO ONE: Studio One was the first Jam Factory rehearsal room built when we opened in 2002. This studio comes with a basic drum kit, bass amp, one guitar amp and 3 mic for 45 euros.


Weeklday Sessions run daily from 10am - 5pm and 5pm to 10.30pm
Sat. and Sun. Sessions run from 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm, 6pm-10pm.
