Neon Hearts are a band who play Pop music. The people in Neon Hearts are; Shuggs, Shane, Ken and Steven. They live in Dublin and are all no less than 20 and no more than 23. They are committed, hard working, creative and some might say handsome guys. The Hearts rehearse every weekday in a listed building on the edge of the city writing songs inspired by broken hearts, beautiful youth and happy endings. They have played countless gigs delivering big choruses to half empty halls and now need more. So, they booked themselves in West End Studios for a week and recorded their first demo - which hopefully you are currently enjoying. The band place huge importance on writing songs that are both radio friendly and believable to people, ie; tapping your feet whilst remembering a lost love. | Mp3 Sample follow Neon Hearts on Myspace |

| The Bare Audio |

Bare Audio, the Dublin-based rock duo have a clear mission in mind, they simply want to “dominate the decibel”! This noisy rock outfit have been waging war on sound ever since their launched their EP “The Big Nothing” in September 2009. Their music contains the hallmarks which brought Muse’s debut “Showbiz” to the world’s attention – full of gutsy, riff-driven sets and dark brooding lyrics. This band is full of confidence and no wonder, when you put Rich Marshall on stage, the man becomes possessed by the ghosts of rock’s past – this guy knows a thing or two about showmanship and is getting a reputation for stripping-off midway through the set, a surefire crowd pleaser (with girls and boys alike)! The band is gathering a solid live reputation for keeping the audience on their toes with their onstage antics and use of body-paint but it’s their music that keeps their solid fan-base coming back time and time again. Bare Audio are musically tight and audibly explosive on the stage where their slickly executed sound takes on a dirty, grainy rock edge – couple this with a rhythm back line so strong it screams “come and have a fucking go……!” then you have a band who are going to go places and quick. | Mp3 Sample follow The Bare Audio on Myspace |

Band biographies will be the death of me; I just plain don't like them. I've yet to read one that doesn't make me want to puke bile and vomit all over the street. And yet I sympathise. Trying to fit two and a half years and five personalities onto a single piece of white is as difficult as playing a strategic game of chess on some high-grade hallucinogenic. Either way that goddamn horse is freaking me out.
So where to start? Well, I'm not really gonna tell you how we met cause who cares and it's more mysterious this way. We started making indie pop music cause we loved the idea of the Beatles starting with She Loves You and Primal Scream starting with Sonic Flower Groove. They left themselves loadsa room to progress their music and lead the audience down the garden path. While we still love that idea we thought we'd be signed by now and as we've got tired of waiting our music is starting to go into second phase already...Build me a Swan honey And thats where we're at. Second phase. We've got a bit more hair on our knackers and a few more tricks up our sleeves. I do confess this new sound we're trying for has me excited. I find myself thinking about it even when I walk the streets. This is a bit of a tangent but music is pretty weird, isn't it? Like imagine being the first person ever to sing loud. I'd say it got pretty awkward in that room. People making their excuses. Or laughing till they cried cause it made such perfect sense. And the even weirder thing is, it doesn't matter who the first person was. It would have happened anyway. Pick a place to end Rosco, you're rambling bad. Let's see. Well, music is a great way to spend your life if you're able. Get paid to do what you want to do. Travel the world. I'd put it right up there with professional sportsperson, or travel writer or ski instructor. That's why there's more bands in this city than grains of sand on the beach. All trying to dodge the draft. It's a beautiful profession all right. Packed with a load of people risking it all on the pot of gold.Band biographies will be the death of me; I just plain don't like them.
